This elliptical was great when it worked after about 3 months of daily use the right side of the ramp came completely off at the wield. This caused the ramp to bend making it so the elliptical no longer glides at all making it completely useless. I have e-mailed customer support multiple times and still have not gotten anywhere almost a month now! What a nightmare! They keep asking for pictures I have sent pictures now 4 times all different ways as attachments as Jpeg copying and pasting them to the e-mail every time they say they have not gotten them. Then in the manual it says the customer service line is open until 7 mountain time a complete lie every time I call them at 5:30 eastern time it says they are closed for the day! So hopefully I will be able to get a hold of someone this Saturday! Buyer beware! If you ever have an problems with this machine warranty work is a complete nightmare! Otherwise it was a great machine while it worked. I just hope I didn't throw $900 out the window.
Ok so for an update after giving up e-mailing I finally was able to call them on Saturday where Proform agreed to send out the parts. When the parts arrived the repair proved to be much more difficult then I anticipated. So another week went by due to them not being open when I get off work and the next Saturday I asked for them to send out a Tec. They agreed and as of Monday my machine was fixed and working. Total time to get repaired over a month. Now hopefully this will last...

This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. First it took two shippments to get it to me is a "somewhat" useable shape. The second one needed adjustment to the main shaft (which I did) and the handle controls are reversed.
Next I had to register it before they would answer my question on the reversed controls. After I did, they said the information would cost me. Let me see,,,,, pay to fix their poor quality.
Next we bought the ifit module to go with it. No mention of an annual cost after the first year. Next you need to configure the ifit mosule. It is no way user friendly and, (drum roll please), it didn't work(no suprise here). Got to the updating firmwear and it didn't stop loading. after 20 minutes turned it off.
This thing is just garbage and the additional modules are worse. Please do your research and buy something worth the money and not this pile of trash.
Follow up 2 months later.
After limited use ( about 3-4 hrs total) the main roller on the left hand side fell off. They did not put a keeper on the shaft to keep the roller and bearing assembly on the shaft. Trusting this company as I do,,,,, I decided to fix it myself. Took it apart looked at the roller/bearing assy and noted that one of the bearings was already starting to go out. I got a new bearing and keeper ( at the local bearing supply house) and reassembled. Works fine now, but interested to see what next.

By Left and Right Cam assembly Broke after 3 years on 460
Got a new machine a month ago from Nebraska Furniture Mart and got it installed from them for about $100...Machine makes too much noise in a day or so..called proform customer service and they sent the technician after 2 weeks and they said they need to order parts which have defects...waiting for another 2 weeks heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy we got the parts..HAPPY....again technician visited after 2 weeks and tried everything...he is good technician..BUT machine is NOT good..want NOT able to identify where the noise coming from.........keep calling customer service :)
